I've been running the Novell GroupWise 8 Linux Client for quite a few months. It was OK. It was quite slow. Today I installed the Beta SP1 Client. Man is it fast. I don't want to say anything about features and what-not. However, it is way fast by comparison.
For those running a Linux Desktop/Laptop and need to run GroupWise take heart. A faster version is on the way!!!

Yes, but does it consistently stay in the GNOME taskbar?
I haven't noticed that problem with 8sp1 Client. I've been running KDE mostly so if it's particular to GNOME I may not notice it.
